Green Christian would like to meet green Christians, so it has been holding events
On the Road, since January 2018.
This is a way of introducing more people to its campaigns and resources. Events are open to all who are interested in finding out more about living in harmony with God’s creation and Green Christian’s insights and activities.
For example participants learn about the Green Christian Way of Life and our Joy In Enough project about how economics, ecology and Christianity mix.

Green Christian in Stroud

On Saturday 28th September
around 60 people gathered in Stroud for the seventh Green Christian “On The
Road Together” Day, the last in 2019.

It was organised by Martin Davis and
the Cheltenham Green Christian local group, with help from Rev’d Simon Topping
(Stroud) and Rev’d Noel Sharpe,

Could you make prayer flags at your church? – GCOTR report for Manchester

A report on the Green Christian’s sixth “On the Road Together Meeting” held at Manchester on Sat 14 September.

40 (plus) people (including helpers from the local church) attended this day conference  held at the Dandelion Community (URC church), Wythenshawe.

Local leaders Revd Kate Gray (URC) and Revd John Hughes (Anglican) were key organisers.

Media Release: Green Christian at Manchester.

On Saturday 14 September Green Christian held its sixth regional “Green Christian On The Road Together” event, a day conference at the URC Dandelion Community in Wythenshawe, Manchester.  Wythenshawe was designed as a garden city, and is the home of Manchester airport, but now has high numbers of vulnerable households experiencing food poverty.
