The second question is the hardest to answer as it is about language. In case it helps you, Green Christian has replied to the first two part question in the following way:
a) Do you agree with this definition to limit a permitted development right to non-hydraulic fracturing shale gas exploration?
b) If No, what definition would be appropriate?
The current science shows that we are already above safe concentrations of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere. Green Christian believes that any mining of new fossil fuels is unsafe for Creation and humanity. There should be no permitted development of fracking or other unconventional oil and gas, thus no definition of permitted development for non-hydraulic shale gas exploration development is appropriate.
