Restore Nature Now march
You are invited to join us for the biggest ever march to protect God’s creation. Green Christian members will be gathering with thousands of others in London for a family-friendly, legal march to demand that UK politicians show strong domestic and global nature and climate leadership by:
- Giving a pay-rise for nature
- Making polluters pay
- Delivering more space for nature
- Putting a right to a healthy environment in law
- Ensuring fair and effective climate action
The march is organised and supported by a wide range of groups including the RSPB, The Wildlife Trusts, The Climate Coalition, WWF-UK, National Trust, and Extinction Rebellion.
Bring your Green Christian T-shirt if you have one. There will be performance art, sculptures, singing and more to entertain you on the way. The march will end with a rally in Parliament Square at around 2:30pm with well-known names and faces speaking to marchers about the political and policy changes we need to see to protect and restore God’s world.
If you’d like to march with other Christians then attending the service at 11am will be the best way to find them. Or/and look for the Green Christian banner at Marble Arch.
Be creative
We will be marching with the ‘Air’ block – so if you plan to be creative – https://www.restorenaturenow.com/get-creative – you could do something to do with birds. But don’t feel constrained!

Resources to get your church involved
At Green Christian we think that if your church does only one or two things on creation care this year, this should be one of them (with supporting the Climate and Nature Bill the other).
Please use the following resources to help you get your church to join you on the streets on 22 June.

Wendy:
With you in spirit! I hope that the weather is kind and the march is filled with love of God’s Earth. On a walk over the South Downs yesterday, the skylarks singing and views to the sea south and the North Downs in the opposite direction. These things lift the soul and are the gifts God gives. May you change the mindset of those who think only of profit and power.
