What resolution will you make for 2020?

1.Buy nothing new for a year except of course consumables such as food – it has been done! | 2.Walk everywhere under one mile. | 3. Use email instead of paper. | 4.Turn off the heating except in very cold weather. | 5. Do not use any social media as it is corroding. etc.etc. |
6. Give surplus savings to charities for environment, sustainability and peace-building. | 7. Double-check that savings, investments and banking are environmentally positive and ethical. (Rosie) | 8. You decided what you want to do every day (e.g. exercise, have 7 hours sleep, improve prayer life, smile,) and everyday you log in and say that you have done it. You can make up your own resolutions.

I am not comfortable with the use of social media as I am not sufficiently familiar with it on a technical level to be confident in its use. However, I have made a New Year's resolution to use "snail mail" for campaigning. I hope that the impact of a handwritten letter arriving on a desk will be greater than a comment on a Facebook page. So, my 2020 target is one a week...

I'm interested in #5: Do not use any social media as it is corroding. We have a Facebook page, which seems to be successful; what do you mean by corroding?
