Many Christian organisations have useful worship material relating to Harvest. Here is a selection – further suggestions are welcome! Please note that some resources are renewed annually. 

Just Desserts – new Harvest resources from JPIT including all age resources, prayers and videos

Farming Community Network (FCN) – “A voluntary organisation and charity founded on Christian principles. We walk with farmers and members of the farming community in times of difficulty.”’

HOPE Together – “A catalyst bringing churches together to transform communities in villages, towns and cities. Our vision is a praying, growing Church, that makes Jesus known together with words and action.’

Faith & Worship – “Resources for worship and small group leaders…Traditional, Celtic and contemporary prayers, liturgies and themed resources for the major Christian festivals, alongside a wide range of Bible Studies, which have been written to provide a very economic way to get small groups engaging with God’s Word and applying it to the world in which we live.”

Engage Worship – “Aim to resource local churches for creative, innovative and world-changing worship; engaging with God, each other and the world around us.”

CAFOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development) – “The official aid agency for the Catholic Church in England and Wales. We work …with more than 500 local partners, standing side by side with them to end poverty and injustice through practical help, emergency relief and advocacy.”

Tearfund – “A Christian charity which partners with churches in more than 50 of the world’s poorest countries. We tackle poverty and injustice through sustainable development, by responding to disasters and challenging injustice.”

Arthur Rank Centre – “An ecumenical national charity, which resources, trains, and advocates for rural Christians, rural churches and the communities they serve. Our vision is of confident rural Christians, encouraged to engage in effective mission and ministry.”
