Basis of Faith

We affirm our belief in God as Creator of all things and in Jesus Christ as Lord, looking to the Holy Spirit for guidance through the Scriptures, and seeking to hear Him in the challenges of the present time.

Our Vision

For the whole of humanity to fulfil God’s call to work together for justice, peace and renewal of the natural world.

Our Mission

To play our part in encouraging Christians to be alive to the breadth of God’s love for Creation, actively responding to the cry of the earth in solidarity with others.

Our Practice of Faith

God holds the whole of Creation in love, and calls us to have respect and love for one another, seeking a prophetic voice through contemplation, active listening and collaboration.

A faithful response to the mass suffering and extinctions caused by climate and ecological breakdown requires not only prayerful inspection of our own lives, but also that we call strongly for urgent systemic change. 

We need to adapt to a different future and support Christians in dealing with this transition and loss.
