About Green Christian

Who Are We?

Green Christian is a group of ordinary Christians from all backgrounds and traditions. Inspired by our faith, we care for creation through prayer, action and encouragement.

Whether you are a church leader or church leaver, a campaigner or contemplative, a worrier or warrior, we can help you be a change-maker in your church, your country or just your own life.

Formed in 1982 (as Christian Ecology Group) we are volunteer-led and now have over 1000 members. We exist for those who are timid and discouraged as much as those who are confident and keen.
