Sitemaps

There are two sitemaps for this website. 1. “Sitemap” and 2. “Site-map

1. “Sitemap” is a map prepared by “Editor1” (JA)

This shows the hierarchical structure of the website as displayed by our menus, which is how the website committee requested that the website should look.

i.e. The first set of divisions in the hierarchy is the titles shown on the red menu bar at the top of each page;
The next divisions are the dropdown titles from some titles in the main menu.
The next divisions are based on the row of pictures on the top of each page.

The one exception to this is the Home page. This has three pictures at the top:
Prayer, Action and Encouragement. The activities and pages and posts on our website can also be arranged under these three titles. This forms a different route through the website for people to explore. I have not made a sitemap for this route.

Sitemap Also provides other useful information including a link to all posts on the website and links to the former website.

2. “Site-map” (computer generated) prepared by the Website Manager (CA)

This shows the ways the pages are arranged in the “coding” of the website. (We could in theory arrange the coding in different ways and still get the same results that the viewer sees. However it is not possible to do this due to the limitations of the way word press is structured. ) This Site-map automatically updates as new pages are added or rearranged.

Note “Pages” refers to parts of the website that are (relatively) permanent. “Posts” refers to parts that are about a specific event or short-term topic. The newest Posts are displayed in the right-hand column on some Posts and Pages of the website. Most Pages do not have a right-hand side bar, but this Page is constructed with one so that you can see it.
