Help Andy Burnham do the right thing on the Rosebank oil field
With Zero Hour and Stop Rosebank, we’re asking Andy Burnham to:
- Meet the UK’s international climate and nature commitments
- Pass the Nature + National Security Bill in this Parliament
- Reject all new oil and gas licences, including Rosebank, and deliver a just transition
And you and your church can do this in 4 ways:
1. Pray – we are called to pray for our leaders (1 Tim 2:1). Ask whoever is doing your intercessions to pray that he will walk into Downing Street with the moral fortitude to do the right thing at this moment of climate and nature crisis
2. Sign and share Zero Hour’s petition
3. Take a photo. Get a couple of friends, order a placard, and do this really simple local Rosebank banner action
4. Email your MP. Ask your MP to speak to Burnham about Rosebank
