Green Christian Local Groups – Workshop

Green Christian Local Groups – a chance to hear the thoughts and experiences of local group members.
Join us to hear key people from a few of our Local Groups sharing what they do, what works for them, the pit falls and how to get round them! This might inspire you to do something in your local area!
We have ‘official’ Local Groups, and unofficial groups of Green Christian members who get together every now and then to do something as a group.
Kath Clough from the official St Albans Group, and Cathy Fish from the Sheffield band of Green Christian members who do things together occasionally, will describe what they do. Our Local Groups Co-ordinator Isobel Murdoch will describe what is involved in setting up a local group. Then we’ll share experiences in break out groups and a final plenary discussion.
We are inviting members of our local groups to be present at the workshop to share their thoughts and experiences both in the break out groups and in the plenary discussions.
We are hoping the workshop might inspire others to set up either official Green Christian Local Groups, or at least get together informally with other Green Christian members near them.
