Oceans of Opportunity

Green Christian Way of Life Day in London on 8 Feb
The importance of the seas as well as land in Creation care
This event will be open to all Green Christian members who are interested in following our Way of Life, and an opportunity for Companions (followers of the Way) to come together to share their experiences of the journey so far and discern the next steps. Green Christian members who are not currently Companions can find out more about how the Way of Life may provide a structured pathway and shared encouragement in our faith journeys.
Our keynote speaker will be David Curry, a member of the Plymouth Christians in Science South West team, on ‘Blue-ing the Church’
With 70% of the Earth’s surface covered by water, this topic is a new one for our annual gatherings, and will offer a fascinating insight for all, whether we live on the coast or inland. We will explore the implications for our four Way of Life disciplines – Prayer, Living Gently, Public Witness and Encouragement.
This interactive event will also include times of silence and reflection.
