Remembering Lost Species

Pigeon-of-passage. By Mark Catesby. Public Domain.

7pm Wednesday 3 December

A Green Christian workshop gathering reflected on the loss of species with prayer, music and reflection. The event was led by Cat Jenkins.

Attendees shared thoughts on species that are near to extinction or have gone extinct. Animal, plant, fungus, lichen – they’re all God’s creatures. People read reflections, poems and images.

Cat is Green Christian’s Food Project Officer and also helps with administration for Joy in Enough and the Borrowed Time programmes
